旧関西伸銅工業株式会社は黄銅素管メーカー、旧エムチューブ株式会社は銅管・黄銅管伸管メーカーでした。両社は黄銅管については川上・川下の関係にありました。
両社は2023年10月に合併し、社名をエムチューブ株式会社といたしました。これに伴い、旧関西伸銅工業は「本社工場」、旧エムチューブ本社工場は「橋本工場」と名称変更しております。
そして2024年、本社工場棟回り(事務所棟・ホール棟・品質管理室)のリニューアルを実施し、堺事業所も統合することで、さらなる業務の効率化と職場環境の改善に努めております。

Kansai Shindo Kogyo Co., Ltd. was a brass tube manufacturer, while mtube Co., Ltd. was a copper tube and brass drawn tube manufacturer. The two companies had an upstream-downstream supply chain relationship, with one supplying brass tubes to the other. In October 2023, the two companies merged and adopted mtube Co., Ltd. as the company name. Consequently, the former Kansai Shindo Kogyo has been renamed the Main Office and Plant, while the former mtube main office and plant are now called the Hashimoto Plant.
In 2024, renovations were carried out around the Main Office and Plant (including the office building, hall, and quality control room), and the Sakai Office was integrated as well, striving for further operational efficiency and improvement of the workplace environment.
