２０２３年１０月１日、関西伸銅工業株式会社はエムチューブ株式会社を吸収合併し、社名をエムチューブ株式会社に変更いたしました。
この合併により、当社は地金・スクラップを原料として黄銅素管や銅・黄銅抽伸管、さらに切断品まで製造する一貫メーカーとなりました。今後はシナジー効果を最大限に発揮し、経営効率や生産効率を高め、社会に貢献し、社会になくてはならない企業として進歩を続ける所存でございます。
伸銅品業界を取り巻く環境は非常に激しい変化を繰り返しておりますが、常に時代の先を見据え市場のニーズに応えるために挑戦を続けてまいります。

On October 1, 2023, Kansai Shindo Kogyo Co., Ltd. absorbed mtube Co., Ltd., and the company name has been changed to mtube Co., Ltd.
Through this merger, we have become an integrated manufacturer that produces brass tubes, copper and brass drawn tubes, and even cut products from ingots and scrap metal. We intend to maximize synergy effects, improve management and production efficiency, contribute to society, and continue to progress as a company that is indispensable to society.
The environment surrounding the brass bar industry is undergoing rapid changes. However, we will continue to take on challenges to meet the needs of the market, always looking ahead to the times.
